All charges are payable in advance for a minimum of 12 months, and by opting for longer prepayment periods, you can safeguard your pricing against inflation. Our prices adjust at the start of each billing period, either by 5% or the applicable consumer price index increase, whichever is greater. Additionally, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and comprehensive support, a one-time setup fee is required. This fee, capped at a maximum of 50% of the annual charge, covers an array of services provided by our dedicated customer success team. From data cleansing and account configuration to seamless data migration and tailored training for your entire team, we are committed to setting you up for success. Please note that customers located in the European Union or EEA without a valid VAT number will be subject to the applicable VAT as per regulations.
